I couldn't work out if he wanted or needed glasses. His complaints regarding his sight were inconsistent and I tested him by saying "You know that if you don't really need glasses but you wear them anyway by the time you are my age your glasses will look like the bottom of a glass bottle, you get bucked teeth and people will call you 'Poindexter'?" So I put off getting him tested for a couple of weeks. During the holidays we stopped by and had a quick eye test. Turns out the kid really IS blind as a bat!!!! BAD MUM!!!
So he wore them on the way home and he pointed out to me how much detail he could see!!! Poor kid. Bad Mum.
Ha!! Too funny. But he's loving you now. And evidently has the confidence to WEAR those things with pride - good on him!

Well at least he told you, I didn't know until my kiddo came home and said 'the teacher had to move me up to the front of the room in class' I said 'what did you do wrong' he said 'nothing, I couldn't see the board!'
Your guy looks very handsome in his! Great choice!

My mum sent me to school with a broken ankle because she thought I was just jealous of a girl in my class who had a cast on her leg and I turned out ok (pmsl)... He does look very spunky
