and plodding along with different projects and still LOVING Graphic 45. This time it's the Playtimes Past collection. Here are a couple of snippets of my contribution to our Sketched! class at Scrapbooks etc. this month.
My twin kidlets turn 10 years old this year. I've purposely not made a habit of giving them a party every year but this year happens to be a party year. So being twins and sharing the same birthday they have agreed between themselves that the weekends on either side of their birthday will be a separate celebration solely for that person. Tyler is first next weekend. I made his invitations from scraps but I didn't take any photos of them... =( Tyler and his friends will be enjoying a blat around a raceway for a couple of hours and then back to our house for a sleep over. Wish me luck. ={
Girlfriend, on the other hand, is having the following weekend. She wants to go shopping so the theme of her invitations was shopping. So a gaggle of giggles will shop, go to the movies and then back to our house for a sleepover. I printed out some fake money to put in the bag and the invitation looked like a clothing tag complete with barcode.
And this was part of a Master's Challenge for Scrapbooking Memories this month.
And here was last month's Maya Road Challenge. I really enjoyed putting this album together. Just ignore the dirty table surface... it's not really there. "It is not the spoon that bends..." Name that movie...
Have an excellent Mother's Day tomorrow all you Mums! I want to see a Miele with a big red bow around it! Wish me luck!!
So you want a washer for Mother's Day...hope you get one! Have a Happy Mother's Day!
Nice projects...and the sneak looks pretty as well. Good luck with the gaggle of kids and the two party/sleepovers. Her invites are so cute.

Oh No Lynette - my invite didn't arrive!! LOL Sounds like a lot of fun happening in your place over the next couple of weeks. My *J* and *L* did the raceway thing last year and the boys (and some girlies!) LOVED it!!! You are so inspiring with that Graphic 45 goodness. I love it. Happy Mothers Day - hope you get your Miele - they are great!

I can't believe no one mentioned the movie which was obviously The Matrix! We love that movie here in the Hill house.
All of your projects were amazing.
I bet your handmade cards were more creative than my handmade cards (not that its a competition...) because I got a sheet of notebook paper folded in half and hastily written on from one and the other got fancy and stole a piece of my red cardstock to hastily scribble on. LOL But they did it from the heart, right?
