Hi all! No rest for the wicked! ........What exactly does that mean anyway? I thought I'd use it because I had to say SOMETHING but I have no idea what it really means... Does it mean that devilish people are always busy? If that were the case I believe I should have said "No rest for the domestic goddess scrapbooker extraordinaire!" ...or NOT.
Anyway, the production has cranked into gear again after my recent tryst to the land of the free so let's get the business over and done with first shall we? Here is the layout I will be teaching at Scrapbooks etc for the month of November. It's those cute little Lochie feet...
If you're interested in partaking of a little Lynette-ness on paper then give the girls at Scrapbooks etc a call to book your place. Thursday 20th November 10-12noon and Tuesday 25th November 10-12noon. This is a kit class so you only need to bring the following:
- One 4"x6" Sepia-coloured B&W photograph preferably with the white border. If not, it's nothing a piece of white cardstock can't fix. It can be a portrait style pic that's childish, babyish, feminine or cute. It's all good.
- Glue dots. This is a must.
- Jumbo Java Versamagic Ink pad.
- Craft knife, adhesive and sandpaper suitable for covering chipboard.
- Very small brown or creamy coloured buttons.
I'd love to see you there. This will be the last of my classes for 2008 so be there or be square! =D
Secondly, I have been awarded this by Leanne Stamatellos! How cool is that?!?!?!
Thanks, Leanne!
I need to forward this to 5 other creative chickies but to be completely honest with you... I need to go. No, really. I need to GO. KWIM??? And I'm tired. And if I make it as far as my ensuite I will take a look in the mirror... well, one eye will be staring back at me and the other will be looking out the window. I am that tired they are blinking out of sync. I'm even too tired to go to bed... Oh stop already! I have to go!
Good night!
Well aren't you full of snappy little sayings? I wonder what they really mean. (I had to use wonder just because.)
I LOVE that layout and of course those little feet. That is the best photo and your layout shows it off nicely.
